The first year of the Zumiez Best Foot Forward (BFF) AM contest series presented by Boost Mobile will hit 12 cities during the month of June. The innovative new AM contest series features a jam format to keep the contest interesting, fun and with a low stress level so that the skaters have the opportunity to land the most progressive tricks possible. For the 20-25 invited riders at each stop, they will be separated into smaller group jam sessions. The judges will then pick the top 5 skaters overall, with a focus on innovation and overall impression, to compete in the final jam session.

At each of the twelve stops of the Zumiez Couch Tour, BFF check-in and warm-up will take place at the Best Foot Forward tent on-site 30 minutes prior to the event start time.

Awards will take place immediately following the final jam session at each stop to honor the top three skaters. The winner at each stop will receive $500 in gear from that stop’s featured skate team, a $500 Zumiez Gift Card, a Boost Mobile phone with $50 in air time, and a trip to San Bruno, CA to compete in the BFF Finals on June 30th. The 2nd place finisher at each stop will receive $300 in gear, a $300 Zumiez GC, and a Boost Mobile phone with $50 in air time, and 3rd will receive $200 in gear, a $200 Zumiez GC, and a Boost Mobile phone with $50 in air time.

The top three finishers in San Bruno will then receive a trip to compete in the Hometown Heroes Finals at the fourth annual etnies GvR event in Lake Forest, CA October 5-7.
